Custom Pool Builder and Servicing company was acquired by an Investor branching out in to the pool service industry. Significant number of commercial and residential servicing routes with recurring revenue stream.
Routes, Retail Inventory, and Assets were transferred. Buyer used conventional financing to purchase the business. Seller provided lease-back on the location to the Buyer.
Initial number of service routes was lower than what this Buyer wanted. The retail and build side were sufficient, but he wanted more service routes.
We were able to identify another operator who was wanting to sell his service routes. As part of the deal, we rolled the additional routes in to the existing company routes to provide a package the Buyer accepted.
